More people can
build something of their own.
We believe entrepreneurship shouldn’t belong only to people who already think of themselves as entrepreneurs.
There are far more people with experience, skills, ideas, and the desire to create something of their own — but they don’t always have the path, the tools, or the structure to get started.
Sidely was built to open that possibility to many more people.
See how Sidely works
Sidely didn’t begin as a theoretical idea.
It grew out of more than a decade of working with people, entrepreneurs, cities, and organizations through Worklab and Projectime.
Over the years, we helped develop more than 3,000 ventures and projects and worked with more than 70 cities and organizations.
We met people at very different stages: some came with a clear idea, some only knew they wanted a change, and others had never thought of themselves as entrepreneurs at all.
And one thing kept showing up again and again:
There is far more potential for people to create and build
than most existing systems are able to reach.
We saw what actually
helps people move forward.
People don’t just need information.
They need help figuring out what makes sense for them, sharpening an idea, making decisions, breaking something big into smaller steps, testing it in the real world, and continuing even when the path isn’t completely clear.
They also need other people.
Someone to offer feedback. Someone to share experience. Someone to make an introduction. Someone to help solve a problem. Or someone to build something with.
That’s why we’ve always believed that personal guidance and community belong together.
Then AI changed
what became possible.
For years, high-quality guidance required a lot of human time.
You could build great programs for groups of dozens of people, but it was difficult to give every participant a truly personal path while also reaching hundreds or thousands.
AI opened up a new possibility.
A system that can support each person based on what they are trying to build, understand the context of their project, and help them move forward along the way.
Not instead of people.
But as a way to give many more people access to the kind of support that was previously difficult to provide at scale.
That’s how Sidely was born.
Personal guidance. Community.
Real-world action.
Sidely combines what we learned over the years with what AI now makes possible.
Each participant gets a personal path that helps them find a direction, develop an idea, plan it, and keep moving until it begins to take shape in the real world.
At the same time, they’re part of a community where they can see what others are building, meet relevant people, get help, share progress, and create collaborations.
Cities and organizations can use the same infrastructure to open opportunities to many more people, grow new projects, and create action around the goals that matter to them.
See how Sidely worksWe’re not trying to turn everyone into an entrepreneur.
Our goal isn’t to convince people to adopt a certain identity.
It’s to give them the chance to start.
To turn a skill, experience, passion, or idea into something real.
A small business. A service. A digital product.
A creative project. A local initiative. A solution to a problem.
And maybe, somewhere along the way, they’ll realize they were entrepreneurs all along.
Sidely is being built
for what happens next.
We want to create a world where many more people can take an idea and move it forward.
A world where cities and organizations don’t have to choose between personalized support and working at scale.
And a world where communities aren’t only places people belong to — but places where new things begin.
The path to something of your own
can start here.
